Prices
The prices listed in the price list are final prices (in euros), i.e. it can be in accordance with
§ 6 UStG. (Small business regulation) no VAT is shown. The prices
apply from collection from the warehouse by the tenant. Transport and installation costs are included in the price
not included and will therefore be invoiced to the tenant separately, unless it is included
explicitly stated otherwise in the price list. Insurance and other service costs are
not included in the price.
cancellation
In the event of cancellation of an order, which can only be recognized in writing
up to and including 7 days before the planned handover date / start of construction 50%, up to and including 3 days before
planned handover date / start of construction 75% and from 24 hours before the planned one
Handover date / start of construction 100% of the contractually agreed rental costs or order costs
to be paid by the tenant.
Miscellaneous
If individual parts of these General Terms and Conditions are ineffective, this will invalidate the remaining parts
